Senior Assisted Living Communities
You or your loved one has lived a good life. While it may be more difficult to carry out daily activities, life can still be enjoyable. That is why we offer Assisted Senior Living at Capri. We have on-site staff that will assist in completing regular activities, medication reminders or administration, bathing/showering assistance, laundry and housekeeping chores and making meals.
Our staff is available around the clock and provides assistance with basic care needs, programming to keep you engaged and a friendly face to make you feel at home. Most of our assisted living communities also have at least one medical professional on staff who can address common health care needs.
Our Assisted Living Communities are located throughout the Madison and Milwaukee areas and offer on-site amenities like gardens or outdoor space, lively common areas and an activity calendar. Other nearby amenities can be accessed with scheduled transportation. At Capri we believe in providing each resident with thoughtful and active opportunities for socialization.

Commonly Asked Questions
What services are excluded from Assisted Living Communities?
While a senior assisted living community supports aging adults; it is not the right fit for everyone. Adults with dementia or memory loss may need more advanced care than a typical Assisted Living community can provide. Contact us for questions about your loved one’s specific situation.
What costs are associated with Assisted Living?
Assisted Living communities charge a base rate for rent that includes utilities, meals, scheduled transportation and social activities. Additional costs are dependent on the personalized supportive services that the resident may require. We recommend speaking with us about your needs.
What’s the difference between “RCAC” and “CBRF” Assisted Living communities?
The State of Wisconsin regulates assisted living communities and differentiates between the type of care required for each resident. An RCAC community, or Residential Care Apartment Complex, is geared toward competent adults and allows each resident the right to an individual apartment with a locked entrance, private kitchen, and private bathroom. A CBRF community, or Community-Based Residential Facility, supports residents with more advanced needs and often provides the option of a shared room. From a care standpoint, all Capri Assisted Living communities provide high-quality support for both RCAC- and CBRF-eligible residents. In fact, while many doctors will assume the need for a CBRF-style community for a resident with complex needs, we can provide just as much care in our RCAC-style communities before the resident needs to move to a CBRF.
