Capri Communities is excited to announce that St. Rita Square, our newest community located in downtown Milwaukee, has received Argentum’s 2020 Senior Living Design award.  This is a national award that is bestowed on five winners across the country.  The annual Argentum awards program honors architects, design firms and senior living providers who create communities of quality in innovative ways. 

Capri has announced the acquisition of a 10-acre campus in Cottage Grove. Aster Assisted Living, Assisted Memory Care and the Drumlin Residences will now be known as Drumlin Reserve. Capri has also assumed management of Drumlin Tower and Olde Town Apartments on the same campus. The campus is also home to a condominium community and a mixed-use development and restaurant.
