Grace Commons’ Senior Prom

Love was in the air on Thursday, April 20th, as Grace Commons residents celebrated their own “A Night in Paris” senior prom. Nearly 100 residents gathered for an afternoon of music, dancing, and French-themed food and drink pairings. The event kicked off with a Grand March where the residents strolled through the Grace Commons tap room with a warm welcome from DJ, Robert Lucas.

Residents dressed in their finest attire, ready to dance the afternoon away. Harry Richards and Jane Kunde were awarded the prize of Best Dressed. Other residents eagerly showed off their dancing skills and two, in particular, stood out from the crowd  – Albert McMichael and Carla Pahl. They were awarded the prize of Best Moves

As the afternoon progressed, residents immersed themselves in their own City of Love by taking pictures in front of the Eiffel Tower and attaching locks to Grace Commons’  version of the Love Lock Bridge. Many residents shared memories of their own high school proms from years ago. And others were attending their first prom – at Grace Commons!

It was an afternoon that will not be forgotten – “A Night In Paris”, Senior Prom 2023!
