Capri Communities proudly serves as the management company for the Chiara Communities Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting older adults and those who serve them. Established in 2018, the Chiara Communities Foundation supports affordable senior housing while providing essential healthcare and services.

Chiara Communities Mission

  • To acquire, operate and own senior living communities and provide services and programming designed to assist residents in living purposeful lives.
  • To support and assist the employees who serve the residents of Chiara owned communities and encourage prospective employees to work in the healthcare and the senior living fields.
  • To support initiatives designed to improve and enhance the communities in which Chiara operates.

Since 2018, the Chiara Communities Foundation has provided over $25 million in housing and care to seniors in need.

Enjoy Life Active Aging Symposium

The Enjoy Life Active Aging Symposium is the largest community engagement initiative under the Chiara Foundation. Managed by Capri Communities, this free event celebrates the positives of aging and encourages older adults to explore new opportunities and live life to the fullest.
