Geri Krupp-Gordon

As Capri Communities Chief Operating Officer, Geri Krupp-Gordon is an innovative, strategic executive leader who leverages over three decades of experience in senior living. Geri is responsible for establishing and executing Capri’s operational strategic goals and vision to drive Capri’s success. Geri manages the day-to-day operations through a cross-functional team that includes human resources, sales and marketing, program development, asset management, and healthcare services. She has a unique and diverse expertise in senior living as an operator, registered nurse, and an attorney. Prior to Capri, Geri was with Brookdale Senior Living for 19 years where she served in various operational and legal senior leadership positions most recently as Co-General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.
Geri received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Iowa and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Geri is a Registered Nurse and a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association. Geri sits on the boards of the Waukesha Academy of Health Professions and the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association.
To Enjoy Life, Geri loves to hike on Wisconsin’s Ice Age Trail, participate in master’s swimming, and travel in her adventure vehicle.
