Amy Fouts
Vice President of Operations
Amy has been with Capri since 2011. She found her passion for healthcare when she started working as a C.N.A. at the age of 16 and has been working in the healthcare field ever since. At Capri, Amy has played a key role in the growth of the organization. Through her leadership, she has been instrumental in the opening, lease-up, and acquisition integration of over a dozen new communities. Responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational support to Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living communities, she is constantly looking for the best ways to support the community leadership teams and create a culture in which people enjoy coming to work each day. Leading by example, Amy has a proven record of developing successful teams that lead to high resident engagement and satisfaction.
Amy received her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. She went on to get her Nursing Home Administrator’s License. Amy completed her Master’s in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University. Amy is actively involved with the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association serving on the membership and education committees.
Amy enjoys life by spending time with her two boys, husband, dog, family, and friends. She also enjoys golfing, skiing, reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
