A market stall displays handmade crafts, including fabric dolls, crocheted ornaments, felted decorations, jewelry, and a bird sculpture, all arranged in baskets and on stands beneath hanging garlands.

The Gables of Germantown invites you to join us at our annual Holiday Craft Fair on Sunday, November 1, 2026.

With hundreds of residents, friends, families and the public welcome to attend, the Holiday Craft Fair is the perfect event to showcase your unique Fall, Thanksgiving and Christmas homemade crafts and conventional products.

All approved vendors will be contacted by The Gables of Germantown for payment by Monday, June 1, 2026. At that time we will send a link for booth payment. Payment will need to be received by Friday, June 12, 2026 to reserve your space.

Vendor Details
Cost varies based on the number of 8’ tables requested. Cost includes an 8’ table(s) and 1 – 2 chairs. Vendors can start setting up at 7am on the day of the event. All vendors are required to remain set up until 3pm, even if they sell out. We will try our best not to have duplicate vendors. Please describe your products below. Returning vendors will be prioritized for the same booth locations as last year, but placement is not guaranteed due to limited space. Boxed lunches are available for purchase and include a burger or brat with chips and a soda.

  • $45 for one 8’ table
  • $80 for two 8’ tables

Space is limited so submit your application as soon as possible.
