Kristin Ferge
President and Chief Financial Officer
Kristin is a well-rounded and highly accomplished C-level financial and operational executive and business leader. Her holistic understanding of operations and sustainable growth has directly contributed to Capri’s growth during her tenure. Since joining Capri in April 2016, the company’s revenue has grown significantly from $25 million to over $300 million through acquisitions and new developments. Kristin has been instrumental in positioning Capri as being recognized as one of the best operators in Wisconsin and creating the platform for continued growth and operational success. Prior to Capri, Kristin was Executive Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Treasurer with Brookdale Senior Living for 18 years.
Kristin received her BS in Accounting from Marquette University and her MS in Healthcare Administration from UW Milwaukee. She is a CPA. Kristin sits on the following boards: NeurAxis Board, Habitat for Humanity Waukesha Board, and Juniper and Canticle Courts Board
