Cindy Robinson
Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing
With over 30 years of senior living experience, Cindy is a senior housing business professional with an emphasis on market feasibility, product positioning research, marketing and sales administration, and strategy. Working cross-functionally with Operations, she and her team strive to continually elevate customer and resident experiences. Cindy has oversight of the Lifestyle Enrichment and Memory Care departments. Since joining Capri in 2017, her accomplishments include maintaining consistent above-industry occupancy, revenue growth, and resident satisfaction through enjoy life programming and experiences.
Cindy received her BA in History from the College of St. Benedict, a master’s degree in public history from the University of Milwaukee, and an executive certificate in sales leadership from Florida State University, College of Business. She sits on the Board of Directors of Eras Senior Network.
Cindy enjoys life with her volunteer involvement in the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) as an aviation enthusiast, horseback riding, reading historical fiction and biographies, spending time outdoors, involvement with her parish, traveling with her husband, and hanging out with her adult children.
