Business Cards: P:\Name Badges & Business Cards
  • Visit this folder to access Business Cards – MOO and reference ordering process
  • You need to set-up your MOO log-in before ordering the first time
  • There are separate links for Bridges, Chiara and non-Chiara communities
  • Once you have set-up a log-in, you can access the ordering site here: www.moo.com/m4b/account/login
  • Cards are mailed directly to you within 7 – 12 business days

Capri Apparel: P:\Marketing\Apparel Ordering Process
  • Visit this folder to see the 2024 store calendar and access the PDF document with apparel options
  • Our online store is open bimonthly for two-weeks at a time and then closed to fulfill orders. Marketing sends communication and the new store link when it is open
  • Apparel can be purchased by payroll deduction OR by credit card
  • The P Drive folder also contains fillable flyers to communicate apparel store opening to employees and residents
  • If you need apparel outside of the regular ordering window or have a special request, contact Marketing at caprimarketing@capricommunities.com
  • P:\Marketing\Apparel Ordering Process\Lands' End Bulk Ordering
  • Visit this folder for the bulk order form to purchase apparel with your community logo or Capri Communities logo through Lands’ End Minimum order quantity is 24 per style with the option to mix and match colors
  • Bulk orders can be placed at any time through Barbara at Lands’ End at barbara.ramsden@landsend.com
  • Bulk orders can be paid for by invoice to Capri Communities or credit card

Centenarian Club: P:\Marketing\Centenarian Club
  • If you have residents turning 100, visit this folder to review process and complete questionnaire
  • NOTE 6-week lead time prior to resident birthday
  • Send picture of resident to caprimarketing@capricommunities.com
  • Marketing will handle all other details

Gifts and Giveaways: P:\Marketing\Gifts & Giveaways
  • All items shown on the 4imprint PDF can be customized and should be ordered directly through 4imprint with contact information found on the document. For Capri general items, use the Excel product list and order form found in this folder to order quantities needed (pending availability) and send to caprimarketing@capricommunities.com. Don’t see what you need? Email Capri Marketing and we will source for you

Name Badges: P:\Name Badges & Business Cards\Name Badges
  • Visit this folder to access the name badge order form and process
  • Folder also contains two Word docs that explain the process for blank badges for temporary employees and provides a label template if you are using blank badges
  • Submit order forms via email to DL-namebadges@capricommunities.com
  • Name badges can be mailed directly to your community for a small fee or delivered to the HO for distribution

Special Print Requests:
  • For any specific print requests that cannot be fulfilled by Home Office Marketing, please email caprimarketing@capricommunities.com details with the item(s) and quantity needed.

  • Special print requests include:
    • Resident & employee folded cards (birthday, anniversary, sympathy)
    • Community letterhead
    • Notecards
    • Door hangers
    • New resident welcome folders and materials
    • Other printed materials

Marketing Materials

If you don't need to order folder materials, please skip page by clicking Next below.
If you need individual care level sheets vs. the full packet, order below in a la carte.
Delivery time will vary by community.
Please indicate quantities desired in boxes below
Marketing folder materials should always be originals – not copies. Please order new folder materials from Marketing when you are running low.
Marketing will customize inserts based on community. Full Packet folders and inserts come in sets of 25. If you indicate “1” in the box below, you will receive 25 full packets.
À La Carte Options
Come in packs of 25.
If you only need folder materials, you still need to navigate to the end of this request form. Click Next and stay on Tier 1. Input “Date Needed By” with today’s date and then select the box underneath that says, “Folder Materials Only”. Move to Step 4 and hit Submit.

Marketing Request

Please select the Marketing Tier that best applies to your request. Note the corresponding turnaround timing from Marketing in order to deliver on your request and allow necessary time to promote (where applicable).

Folder Materials Only
Select items requested:
Total Lead Time = 4 weeks. Marketing Work Time 10 days prior to promotion. Suggest promoting 2 weeks prior to event.
Includes things such as fillable flyers (e.g. seasonal, sports related), stand alone Sagely Slides, resident events that only need a flyer/Sagely. All requests will receive Flyer and Sagely Slide unless indicated otherwise.
Total Lead Time = 6 weeks. Marketing Work Time 15 days prior to promotion. Suggest promoting 3 weeks prior to event.
e.g… carnivals, proms, vow renewals, picnics, holiday parties, Centenarian Requests, etc. Includes things such as Flyer, Sagely, Invitation, Constant Contact, Embedded Email, Social Media Posts.
Total Lead Time = 8 weeks. Marketing Work Time 25 days prior to promotion. Suggest promoting 3 weeks prior to event.
e.g… open houses, anniversaries, health fairs.
Total Lead Time = 9 – 10 weeks. Marketing Work Time varies but at least 30 days prior to promotion. Suggest promoting 4 weeks prior to event.
e.g. craft fairs, speaker series, concert series, farmers markets, community partner events.
