    Executive Director

Before joining Capri in March 2020, Tyler gained experience in both Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings. One of the most rewarding milestones in his career has been opening St. Rita Square – watching the community grow from an empty building to a thriving, vibrant environment has been a true highlight.

Tyler holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Beyond St. Rita Square, Tyler enjoys life outdoors. He spends his free time fishing, hunting, and golfing and is an avid fan of the Packers and Marquette basketball.

    Samantha Klukas

    Assistant Executive Director

Samantha began her journey with Capri Communities in 2022 as the Employee Relations Manager at Grace Commons, where she focused on staff support and cultivating a positive workplace culture. In 2023, she embraced a new change by joining the leadership team at St. Rita Square as Assistant Executive Director. In this role, Samantha enjoys being hands-on with staff training and takes pride in fostering a strong, supportive environment for both team members and residents.

She holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management and has completed a variety of certifications, including First Aid and Fire Safety, CNA, Medication Administration, WALA CBRF Administrator Course, and training in Assisted Living Survey Process, Change of Condition Assessments, and ISP development.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys life with her fiancée and their five children. She finds balance through outdoor adventures, volunteering with her teenage daughters, and continuing her personal and professional development. She believes strongly in the power of kindness and respectful communication – even in life’s most challenging moments.

    Julie Gey

    Community Relations Manager

Julie has been dedicated to serving seniors since 2005, following an early career in banking. It didn’t take long for her to discover that working in senior living was her true calling. With experience in both home care and community-based senior living, Julie brings warmth, knowledge, and a deep sense of purpose to her role as Community Relations Manager at St. Rita Square.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Ottawa University.

    Abby Hauser

    Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator

Abby’s personal motto is, “If you can’t find the sunshine, be the sunshine.” In fact, being the sunshine is what Abby loves most about her job as Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator. The favorite part of her job is planning fun activities that bring smiles to her residents’ faces. She also cherishes listening to their life stories. In a typical day you can find Abby leading a morning exercise class, holding an art hour, running a bingo class or leading a trivia contest. No day is ever the same for Abby and she wouldn’t have it any other way. She leaves each day with a smile on her face and excited for the prospect of what fun the next day will bring for her and the residents.

In her free time Abby enjoys hiking, shopping, watching movies and playing card and board games with friends and family.

    Michelle MacDonald

    NURSE MANAGER

She received her nursing education at MATC and holds certifications in IV and tracheostomy care, as well as specialized training in Memory Care. Michelle has also completed coaching, supervision, and management training to support her leadership role.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys life by spending time with her two adult children and two grandchildren. She and her son love weekly movie outings, and she looks forward to family vacations and making the most of Wisconsin’s summer activities.
