Crystal Fiano

Executive Director

Crystal began her career as a Post-Acute Care Administrator within a hospital system before joining Village Pointe Commons as Assistant Executive Director. She now serves as Executive Director where she is committed to fostering a welcoming, resident-centered community and supporting her team in delivering excellent care.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys life spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and kayaking with her husband as well as watching sports.

Martha Walton-Buford

Assistant Executive Director

Martha brings a deep-rooted passion for caregiving to her role as Assistant Executive Director, which began in her teenage years with her first job in a nursing home. She earned an associate degree in Medical Assisting before apprenticing under a Registered Nurse to deepen her impact in assisted living and skilled nursing. Her career has evolved from managing smaller assisted living settings to overseeing larger communities, where she continues to blend her medical and administrative expertise to enrich residents’ lives.

Outside of work, Martha is a dedicated mom to four children, actively supporting them in baseball, softball, and football. She also enjoys life by crafting and exploring her limitless creativity through a wide range of unique projects.

Kerry McCue

Community Relations Manager

Kerry has spent much of her career working with seniors, with a background in Life Enrichment and a variety of customer service roles that have shaped her warm, people-first approach. She studied Marketing Communications at MATC and is proud to be an advocate for the residents she serves – always ready to listen, support, and help them feel at home.

Outside of work, Kerry enjoys life spending time with her partner Frank and her children – especially as she eagerly awaits the arrival of her first grandchild. She also loves music, laughter, and catching up with friends.
