Kambrie Frizzell, LPN

Nurse Manager

After earning her nursing degree from Waukesha County Technical College in 2021, Kambrie worked as a rehabilitation nurse before joining Capri Communities. Her unique background includes 13 years as a licensed cosmetologist and salon owner prior to transitioning to the medical field. Kambrie’s diverse experience enhances her ability to work efficiently with her team and provide compassionate care.

Outside of work, Kambrie enjoys life by spending time with her children, traveling and gardening. At home, she loves relaxing with her two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Lady and Ozzie, who are adored by the whole family.

Elisa Huerta

Caregiver Manager

Elisa has been a part of the Summit Woods team for over three years and has grown into her current role as Caregiver Manager through dedication, hands-on experience and strong in-house training. She began as a caregiver, quickly advanced to lead caregiver and now leads the caregiving team with a focus on quality care and support for both residents and staff.

Outside of work, Elisa enjoys life by spending time with her family. Together, they love exploring new places, trying different foods and simply enjoying each other’s company.

Jessica Parent

Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator

Jessica graduated from Winona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation. She worked in a nursing home/rehab facility for nine years as an Activity Therapist and has been the Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator here at Summit Woods since November 2020. Her interest in working in this field began when her grandmother lived in a nursing home, where she then volunteered. Born and raised in Germany, she grew up bi-lingual. In her free time, Jessica enjoys doing craft projects, cooking, listening to music, and traveling both within the United States and in Europe. Jessica enjoys working with residents and planning fun activities for them. Awarded LE of the year in both 2022 and 2023, Jessica is passionate about her work in planning activities and events for all the Summit Woods residents to enjoy. Jessica also loves being involved in the community and is a member of MAAP, Milwaukee Area Activity Professionals.
