Chad Murphy

Executive Director

Chad brings over a decade of experience and dedication to his role as Executive Director at Mulberry Campus. With a background in food service and retail management, Chad found his true calling when he joined Capri Communities. Since then, he has played an integral role at Mulberry Campus, focusing on resident-centered care, team collaboration, and a commitment to the Whitewater community.
Beyond Mulberry Campus, Chad enjoys life by umpiring baseball, refereeing football, and spending time with his wife and three sons. A lifelong baseball fan, he’s on a mission to visit every major league stadium in the U.S. with only two left to go!

Shantel Boss

Assistant Executive Director

Shantel began her career at Mulberry Campus as a caregiver, where she spent three years building strong connections with residents and their families. She then gained management experience as a Dietary Manager before advancing to Assistant Executive Director. Another six months after that, she accepted Community Relations Manager duties as well. Shantel has also completed the WALA Administrator Course and continues to expand her knowledge with the goal of one day becoming an Executive Director.

Outside of work, Shantel enjoys life by doing puzzles, DIY projects – from home improvements to yard work – and browsing antique shops in search of unique monkey collectables. She loves spending time with her son, three cats, and a dog.

Andrew Olson

Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator

Meet Andrew, our passionate Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator. One of Andrew’s greatest prides is witnessing the joy on residents’ faces as they engage in his planned activities. And his favorite moments are when residents surprise themselves by accomplishing things they once believed were beyond their capabilities. In his childhood, he dreamt of becoming a police officer, but life took him on a different, fulfilling path. Though Andrew never envisioned himself in this role initially, he fell in love with the unique experience of working with older generations. On Sunday mornings, you’ll likely find Andrew sipping on a cup of coffee with a cat in his lap, enjoying a peaceful moment. He aspires to be remembered as a perpetually happy person. Always wearing a smile, Andrew believes in spreading positivity and finding happiness in every situation. Reflecting on the valuable lessons learned from residents, he emphasizes the importance of kindness and discourages comparing yourself to others. Andrew points out that everyone is fighting their own battle, but carrying a compassionate mindset can make a world of difference.
