    Crystal Fiano

    Executive Director

If you asked Crystal’s colleagues how they would describe her they would say she’s ambitious, even keeled, diligent, and patient. Crystal loves the sense of community she feels at Village Pointe Commons. She loves that the residents greet her like she’s a friend coming over for coffee. Speaking of coffee, that is one constant in her days that are always changing and never the same, that and singing on her way in to work. Crystal would one day love to visit the Aurora Borealis in Alaska and visit all of the national parks, but for right now her goal is just to relax a little bit more! When Crystal isn’t working, you may find her cheering on her kids at their sport games, enjoying the outdoors, or watching a game of her favorite teams, the Chicago Bears and Boston Celtics.

    Kerry McCue

    Community Relations Manager

Meet Kerry, a dedicated advocate for her community who takes pride in her role as someone who stands up for the residents she serves. Kerry is known for her excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask, making her an invaluable asset. Beyond work, she finds true happiness in spending time with her children and friends. In her spare time, you’ll likely find Kerry listening to music and getting silly with her friends. Her personal motto is simple but profound: “Be Good, Do Good.” Kerry hopes to impart a valuable lesson to her residents — that being a senior doesn’t mean life slows down; sometimes, it’s just getting started!

    Amy Jacobson

    Community Relations Manager

Amy knew she was destined to work with seniors from a young age and, before joining Capri, dedicated many hours volunteering with the Alzheimer’s Association. She is fascinated by learning residents’ stories and how they have adapted to life in the 21st century. Possessing a soft heart, Amy really enjoys getting to know residents’ families and is a passionate advocate for senior resources. The resident experience isn’t the only thing Amy likes to grow. She has a green thumb and looks forward to working her magic in the flower beds of VPC. Amy also loves pottery and has her own studio at home! Demi Moore anyone? One thing Amy doesn’t love… people who crack their knuckles. Ouch! When not at work, Amy can usually be found doing something outdoors, walking her dog and spending time with friends and family.

    Angela Rome

    Registered Nurse

Angela truly embraces enjoying life with her ability to make others smile, and by always making a positive difference in the lives of those around her! With over 15 years of experience, she always knew this was a role she could see herself in. Angela is a friendly, creative, and energetic team player, who prides herself in thinking outside the box! When Angela isn’t at Village Pointe Commons, you might find her spending time in nature, providing wildlife rehab or creating beautiful art pieces. Words to live by: “When there is a will there is a way”.

    Irene Reed

    MEMORY CARE COORDINATOR

Irene received her Associate Degree in Criminal Justice Investigations at Everest University in 2015. Initially aiming to pursue a career as a Juvenile Probation Officer, Irene’s path took a transformative turn, guided by her faith and family. Embracing a new direction, she ventured into caregiving, discovering her profound joy in assisting seniors, particularly those in memory care, over the course of a decade.

Her Executive Director at Village Pointe Commons recognized Irene’s passion and potential to succeed as the Blu Grotto Memory Care Coordinator. Irene brings enthusiasm for learning, support for residents and families and fosters calm, peace, and joy. She has recently earned her certificate as a Dementia Generalist for Healthcare Providers from UW-Oshkosh and is now working to earn a certificate as a Dementia Specialist.

“My work is my passion and I love it from the bottom of my heart,” said Irene. She uses her leadership skills to coordinate caregivers, the Lifestyle Enrichment team, and volunteers in providing meaningful, fun and fulfilling daily life programs.
