The Gables of Germantown features Capri Communities’ signature Blu Grotto® Memory Care programming for our Memory Care residents. This unique and research-based programming helps engage our Memory Care residents in mind, body and spirit every day. Our wonderful and compassionate Memory Care staff are highly trained to work with residents living with dementia, Alzheimer’s and other forms of memory loss to ensure that calm, peace and joy are possible.

Liz Rundle

Executive Director

Liz serves as the Executive Director of the Gables of Germantown, bringing over a decade of experience in healthcare administration. She earned her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration in 2009 and began her career managing small, 8-bed CBRF-licensed communities. After ten years, Liz joined Capri Communities in 2016 as the Assistant Director of Harbor Campus in Port Washington. Her exceptional leadership skills led to her swift promotion to Executive Director of Ruby Commons in Brookfield, where she successfully operated the community and secured its Assisted Living licensure.

After a year and a half at Ruby Commons, Liz transitioned to her current role at the Gables of Germantown. Under her leadership, the community has thrived, providing exceptional care and services to its residents.

Liz enjoys life by spending time with her husband and two daughters. Their extracurricular activities keep the family busy during the school year, while summer weekends are dedicated to outdoor adventures and quality time with family and friends.

Shanna Pomeroy

Assistant Executive Director

Shanna serves as Assistant Director at the Gables of Germantown. She began her career as a CNA more than 20 years ago, later moving into human resources and business operations within senior care. Over the years, Shanna has held roles as an HR Manager, Business Office Manager, and Interim Administrator, gaining extensive hands-on experience in both skilled nursing and senior living.

Her knowledge comes from years of practical experience and a deep commitment to learning and growing in the field. Shanna is passionate about creating a supportive environment for residents and families.

Outside of work, Shanna enjoys life by spending time with her three daughters, riding motorcycles in warm weather, gardening, attending music festivals, and soaking up the sunshine.

Nichole Pierson

LPN

Nichole brings over seven years of nursing experience and a strong background across long-term care, rehabilitation, assisted living, and memory care. Before becoming an LPN, Nichole spent five years as a CNA, gaining experience in both long-term care and hospital settings.

She earned her LPN degree from Bryant & Stratton College and is continuing her education while pursuing her RN through MATC-Madison. Nichole is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care and supporting residents’ health and well-being.

Outside of work, Nichole enjoys life by spending time with her husband and her son, Jaxson. She loves traveling, being with family and friends, and making the most of summer on the boat at Okauchee Lake or by relaxing by the pool. 

Becca Molzahn

Community Relations Manager

Becca began her career as a lead CNA in home care during high school before spending over eight years as a CBRF administrator. Since 2021, she has focused on all levels of senior living, helping families find the right care and community.

A certified CBRF Administrator and Dementia Specialist, Becca is passionate about guiding families through the senior living journey with compassion and expertise.

Outside of work, she enjoys life spending time with her fiancé Eric and their dog Poppy. She also loves gardening, cooking, baking, and exploring the outdoors through camping and hiking.
