Teresa Sulok

Executive Director

Teresa Sulok is the Executive Director of Ballard Glenn. With more than 22 years of experience in the healthcare and assisted living industry, Teresa brings deep expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for high-quality resident care.

Teresa began her career as a caregiver and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Within two years, she advanced into management and executive leadership roles, where she has since built a reputation for fostering positive workplace cultures, creating engaging and supportive environments, and maintaining exceptional standards of care within assisted living communities.

She earned her Administrator’s Certification in 2014 through the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association and continues to invest in the future of the industry by holding the certifications required to train and mentor the next generation of caregivers.

Outside of her professional role, Teresa is a proud wife and mother of two sons and enjoys spending time with her family and their two dogs. In her free time, she values social connection, meeting new people, crafting, reading, and embracing her love for animals. She also enjoys any opportunity to relax outdoors — especially when sunshine and poolside time are involved.

Kathy Schipper

COMMUNITY RELATIONS MANAGER

Kathy leverages her extensive background in customer relations, marketing and sales to foster meaningful connections and ensure the well-being of residents and their families. Her journey in assisted living communities has been deeply influenced by her admiration for her father’s strength and dedication during her mother’s battle with dementia. This personal experience has fueled her passion for mental health, equine therapy and Alzheimer’s and dementia awareness.

Kathleen enjoys life by spending time with her family, friends and her beloved animals, including horses, goats, and a dog. She finds joy in relaxing in the pool, entertaining at home, and being in nature.

Anton Walbrun-Lenertz

Anton began his career as a middle school band teacher, where he developed a passion for creativity, connection, and supporting others. After a major lifestyle change, he chose to transition into senior living, bringing his talents and enthusiasm to enrich the lives of residents through meaningful activities and engagement.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in music education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Anton enjoys incorporating music into his work and creating programs that foster joy, connection, and well-being.

Outside of work, Anton enjoys life by spending time with his family, especially playing with his daughter. He also loves listening to and making music – particularly on the saxophone – and looks forward to getting out on the water by boat or paddleboard during the warmer months.
