Kayla Kitchmaster

Executive Director

Kayla’s passion for senior living began early, spending summers at the nursing home where her grandmother worked as a dietary manager. Those experiences inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to serving older adults. With more than 20 years of experience, she has worked across the full continuum of care, including skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living, independent living, and community development leadership. Her career has taken her across the country – from California and Arizona to Maryland – before returning home to Wisconsin.

Kayla holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and board-certified as an Activity Consultant/Educator. She is also a Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional. Her leadership is grounded in compassion, respect, and a commitment to enhancing the lives of residents and supporting their families.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys life by beachcombing with her kids along Lake Michigan, metal detecting, exploring new places, and spending time with family in Wisconsin and Michigan. She also loves plants, rock polishing, and being outdoors when the weather is warm and sunny.

Felecia Mable

Assistant Executive Director

Felecia brings a well-rounded background in business and senior care to her role as Assistant Executive Director at Killarney Kourt. Her professional journey includes leadership experience as a manager at a financial company, as well as hands-on roles in senior living as a caregiver, Health & Wellness Coordinator, and Certified Direct Care Professional.

Felecia holds certificates in Accounting and Bookkeeping and has earned an Associate of Science degree in Business. She is also a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner with a strong understanding of the unique needs of residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.

Outside of work, Felecia enjoys life by spending quality time with her children and grandchildren, watching movies, taking walks, and cooking meals for loved ones.

Rosie Langenfeld

Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator

Rosie began her healthcare career as a CNA, spending ten years caring for the Sisters of St. Dominic in Racine. During that time, she discovered her passion for senior care and the joy of building meaningful relationships with residents.

Rosie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Communications from UW-Parkside. She also volunteered with local organizations during college, writing for the Racine Journal Times to highlight community volunteers.

Outside of work, Rosie enjoys life by spending time with family and friends, reading, writing, traveling, and building puzzles.
