Rebecca’s passion for senior living began at a young age, inspired by her grandfather’s advice to work hard and help others. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from UW-Eau Claire and obtained her Nursing Home Administrator’s license. Rebecca joined Capri Communities as Assistant Executive Director at Grace Commons in 2021. She transitioned to Capri’s home office as Operations Specialist before joining Drumlin Reserve.
Rebecca loves building relationships with residents, hearing their stories, and guiding families through the transition to senior living with empathy and compassion.
Outside of work, she enjoys life by trying new restaurants, traveling, hunting with her dad and brother, and spending summer weekends by the lake. She lives by the motto: “Forgive yourself and others, say sorry, tell people how much they mean to you, and never hold a grudge.”
Zoe has dedicated her career to advocating for and working with older adults. She has worked extensively with vulnerable populations and served as a case manager for over 175 court-ordered guardianships and conservatorships, promoting least restrictive guidelines and empowering individuals. After moving to Sun Prairie in 2023, Zoe gained experience in Special Education before joining Drumlin Reserve as the Memory Care Coordinator in June 2024.
Zoe holds a degree in Human Services, a Special Education License, and is a Certified Dementia Specialist.
In her free time, Zoe enjoys life by staying active with weightlifting, running, and hiking. Growing up in northern Wisconsin, she developed a love for outdoor activities by kayaking, fishing, hunting, and four-wheeling. She also finds joy in meal prepping and cooking.
April brings a unique blend of communication, creativity, and compassion to her role as Community Relations Manager at Drumlin Reserve. Prior to joining Capri, April spent 11 years as an elementary school teacher in Madison and Milwaukee, teaching 3rd and 4th grade. She also worked as a wedding planner and social media coordinator for a Madison-based event company, further developing her skills in organization and relationship-building.
April holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with minors in Science and Social Studies. She also has a certificate of completion for Capri Communities’ Blu Grotto Memory Care training program.
Outside of work, April enjoys life spending quality time with her daughter, Blair, and exploring all that Wisconsin has to offer – from hiking and traveling to trying new restaurants. She stays active in volleyball and softball leagues and values making the most of every weekend through fun and meaningful experiences.
