Tyler Palzkill

Executive Director

Before joining Capri in March 2020, Tyler gained experience in both Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings. One of the most rewarding milestones in his career has been opening sister community St. Rita Square – watching the community grow from an empty building to a thriving, vibrant environment has been a true highlight. After five years at St. Rita Square, Tyler transitioned to Teal Shores.

Tyler holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Beyond St. Rita Square, Tyler enjoys life outdoors. He spends his free time fishing, hunting, and golfing and is an avid fan of the Packers and Marquette basketball. 

Michelle MacDonald

NURSE MANAGER

Michelle brings nearly three decades of nursing experience to her role as Nurse Manager at Teal Shores. She began her career in skilled nursing and sub-acute hospital settings before transitioning to assisted living in 2015. Michelle joined Capri Communities as a Nurse Manager at St. Rita Square in 2023 and, in December 2024, transferred to Teal Shores to be closer to home.

She received her nursing education at MATC and holds certifications in IV and tracheostomy care, as well as specialized training in Memory Care. Michelle has also completed coaching, supervision, and management training to support her leadership role.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys life by spending time with her two adult children and two grandchildren. She and her son love weekly movie outings, and she looks forward to family vacations and making the most of Wisconsin’s summer activities.

Malia Fischer

Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator

Malia is the Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator at Teal Shores, with over 23 years of experience working in senior living communities. Driven by a soulful mission to serve seniors, Malia is passionate about the “3 E’s” — Enriching, Engaging, and Encouraging seniors to enjoy life to the fullest. Her dedication to this work is evident in both her heart and actions, making a meaningful impact on the lives of those she serves.

Malia holds certifications in CBRF training, Dementia Specialist Training, and Leadership Training, including “How to be a Great Leader.”

In her free time, Malia enjoys life by partaking in outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, and biking. She is also passionate about music, often listening to local musicians, playing her ukulele, and singing at open mic events.

Stacy Lemley

Community Relations Manager

With over 20 years in senior living, Stacy has dedicated her career to helping older adults find the best lifestyle possible. She understands the challenges caregivers face and values the importance of education and guidance in navigating life’s transitions. Stacy takes pride in making a meaningful difference for families during times of change.

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, graduating summa cum laude from Ottawa University, and is CBRF certified.

Stacy lives in Franklin with her bulldog, Blue. She cherishes time with her daughter, Taylor, who teaches French, and enjoys caring for her older horse, Bob. In her free time, she enjoys life by spending time with family and friends.
