Join us for a free educational presentation with Margaret Ricchio and Haleigh Couch from the Kenosha County Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC). Learn about self-management tips for living a life with chronic conditions.

  • Managing daily living with conditions such as diabetes & stress
  • Community resources for those living with chronic conditions

Speaker Info: 

Margaret Ricchio is The Caregiver Support Coordinator for the Kenosha County Aging and Disability Resource Center. She provides Family Caregiver support and information through Evidence-Based programs, online services, and an e-newsletter. Margaret earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UW Parkside.

Haleigh Couch is the Health and Wellness Programs Coordinator and Fall Prevention Coordinator for the Kenosha County Aging and Disability Resource Center. Haleigh received her Bachelor’s in Heath Promotion and Exercise Science.
