Samantha Jemison

Executive Director

Samantha began her journey with Capri Communities in 2022 as the Employee Relations Manager at Grace Commons, where she focused on staff support and cultivating a positive workplace culture. In 2023, she embraced a new change by joining the leadership team at St. Rita Square as Assistant Executive Director and then Executive Director. In this role, Samantha enjoys being hands-on with staff training and takes pride in fostering a strong, supportive environment for both team members and residents.

She holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management and has completed a variety of certifications, including First Aid and Fire Safety, CNA, Medication Administration, WALA CBRF Administrator Course, and training in Assisted Living Survey Process, Change of Condition Assessments, and ISP development.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys life with her fiancée and their five children. She finds balance through outdoor adventures, volunteering with her teenage daughters, and continuing her personal and professional development. She believes strongly in the power of kindness and respectful communication – even in life’s most challenging moments.

Natalie Nowak

Community Relations Manager

Natalie serves as Community Relations Manager at St. Rita Square. She brings a diverse background in service and support roles, including experience as a 911 Emergency Services Dispatcher, Social Work Specialist, and Rehab Discharge Planner. Natalie is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate important decisions and find the right support for their needs.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point. Natalie is committed to guiding families with care and compassion while helping enhance the quality of life for those she serves.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She loves weekend getaways, trying new foods, shopping for vintage items, and attending concerts. Fall is her favorite season, especially when it comes to celebrating Halloween at the haunted houses at Universal Studios in Florida.
