    Anne Hodges

    Executive Director

Dedicated, hardworking and reliable are all words that can be used to describe Anne and are the cornerstone of what makes her successful as the Executive Director at St Catherine Commons. Anne started her career at St. Catherine Commons on the Care Staff, then moved to the role of Administrative Assistant and most recently as the Assistant Executive Director. Having held all these positions gives Anne a great amount of insight to all her residents and staff’s needs. She takes on each day with an optimistic attitude and works closely with her team and residents to provide them with positive home and work environment. Anne has a very kind and compassionate spirit and spent 12 years caring for her father prior to starting her career at St. Catherine Commons. In Anne’s free time she enjoys reading mystery novels and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

    Kate Stephan-Cothell

    Community Manager

Kate is our amazing community manager at St. Catherine Commons. The thing she is most proud of in her role here is the fantastic relationships that the St. Catherine’s team and residents have. They are like a family. When you work at a Capri Community, no day is typical, but Kate brings her ability to really listen to people and her sense of humor to work with her every day. If you asked her colleagues to describe her, they would say she’s creative, quirky, and passionate. And please, whatever you do, do not use the word irregardless in front of Kate, it’s her biggest pet peeve! Her personal motto is the time is now, which translates well into senior living! When Kate isn’t St. Catherine Commons you will more than likely find her with her husband and dog, just spending time together or competing over BBQ!

    Kiley Bamesberger

    Assistant Executive Director

The thing Kiley loves most about her job here at St. Catherine Commons is the impact that she is able to make on residents, and the personalized care she brings to her community. Her dream has always been to have a role that can make such a big impact on residents’ lives. Kiley received her bachelor’s degree with a focus on Healthcare Management and brings what she learned throughout her undergraduate career to her job every day. She also brings with her five years’ experience as a caregiver, which is where she developed her love for working with seniors. Kiley is extremely passionate about advocating for people with memory care impairment. She has a grandfather who passed away from dementia and a grandmother who currently living with it. She brings that personal part of her life with her when she is working with the residents. She wants them to feel like they’re with family. Kiley is currently enrolled in a long term care management graduate program through the University of Nebraska, so her evenings after work are spent catching up on her online courses. When Kiley is not at St. Catherine’s you might find her reading, spending time outdoors, trying new recipes or traveling with her significant other.
