2026 Education Breakouts

Stay tuned for new and exciting details about the June 4, 2025 event!

NEW in 2026 we are introducing educational micro-sessions throughout the day where attendees can choose from a variety of topics they may want to attend. Topics cover the areas of health and wellness to technology, benefits and entertainment. Most topics will recur at least twice throughout the day giving attendees multiple timing options. Consult this schedule online or in your program for specific details.

In addition to the recurring educational topics, we do have some special one-off breakout sessions including:

Fox 6 News’ Tom Wachs who will be on hand in Room 5 from 11 – 11:45, talking all about the weather and weather trends in 2026.

Also in Room 5, we will be featuring one session of last year’s popular Speed Friending activity for seniors looking to connect with new friends. It will take place from 1 – 1:45pm. This fun and fast-paced exercise is sure to be a highlight!

ProHealth Care Room

Experts from ProHealth Care will be on hand to lead breakout sessions on important aging and health topics.

  • Take Control of Your Health: A Pelvic Floor Workshop for Men - Understand the vital link between your pelvic floor, bladder and prostate. This session covers common prostate conditions, practical lifestyle changes, and a guided approach to strengthening your pelvic floor and core for long-term urinary wellness.
  • Women’s Pelvic Floor Health: Designed for women, this class focuses on pelvic floor and core health. Participants will learn basic pelvic floor anatomy and how these muscles support bladder, bowel and overall stability. This session includes practical tools and gentle exercises to help build and maintain strength and support pelvic floor health as you age.
  • Bone Health: Tips to Keep Your Bones Strong – Member of ProHealth Care’s Bone Health Program will lead an informative presentation on building and maintaining strong bones. They will cover strategies for preventing, diagnosing and treating bone-related conditions, including nutrition, exercise, medications and supplements. Designed for pre-menopausal and menopausal women, men and cancer survivors – this session offers personalized insights to help support bone health at every stage of life.
  • Tips, Tricks and Truths about Aging Well: ProHealth Care Physicians will lead an engaging session focused on healthy aging. Learn valuable tips on brain health, sleep, skin care, heart health and more. Explore what is preventable, what may be reversible and how to take charge of your well-being at any age.

Mutual of Omaha Advisors Room

The State of Wisconsin Consumer Protection Agency will be on hand to lead important discussions around current Senior Scams and how to protect yourself as well as Preventing Identity Theft. Check the schedule for timing.

During the 11am and 12pm sessions, our friends from Mutual of Omaha Advisors will speak about Building Confidence for the Road Ahead – providing an overview on long term care and coverage options.

Planning for our future and safeguarding our assets – two important topics that will definitely help you enjoy life to the fullest!

Network Health Room

Network Health is well known for their Medicare Advantage Plans. They will be on hand to demystify Medicare and answer your questions.

During the 10am and 12pm hours, they will delve into the topic of promoting brain health in their session: Enjoying Life with a Healthy Mind

Commonheart & Guardian Pharmacy Room

Having a healthy mind and body goes a long way towards overall happiness. In this room, Commonheart Home Health, Hospice and Palliative Care will discuss Maintaining Overall Health as We Age – how to do it and live your best life!

And haven’t you always wanted to better understand vitamin supplements and probiotics? If so, don’t miss Guardian Pharmacy during the 10 and and 1pm sessions. They will be talking all about supplments – what they do, which ones are safe and how to make choices that are best for you.

Lastly, during the noon hour and back by popular demand, Capri Communities will be leading a fun and interactive session of Speedfriending. If you are open to meeting new friends and companions or finding others who share common interests, this session is for you! No pressure, no requirements, just join us for this fast paced session of musical chairs where you will meet likeminded adults looking to enjoy life.

US Bank Room

This room has a little bit of everything and truly embraces the enjoy life philosophy!

During the 10am and 1pm hours, US Bank will be discussing an increasingly important topic to all of us – Safe Banking in the Digital Age. Learn tips and tricks about passwords, phishing scams, and how financial institutions will and will not communicate with you.

During the 11am hour, don’t miss our friend Tom Wachs, meteorologist from Fox 6 News. We all know that one thing everyone loves to talk about is Wisconsin weather. Well, Tom will be with us to talk about weather trends and how to be prepared for all conditions.

And last but not least … Green Bay Packers superfan and collector Jim Rice will share a fascinating presentation all about the Green and Gold! If you love the Packers, you won’t want to miss one of Jim’s engaging presentations taking place at 12pm and 2pm.
