Morning Yoga | 2 Sessions

9:00am–9:30am | 9:30am–10:00am
Get your morning off to a great start with a 30-minute chair yoga session led by our friends at Orange Shoe Fitness. We’re offering two back-to-back 30-minute sessions outdoors. They will focus on deep stretching and explain techniques that you can safely do at home to improve balance and flexibility. Space is limited so be sure to arrive early.

Golden Gals MKE

9:00am - 9:45am
Three cheers for Milwaukee’s favorite leopard-wearing 50+ dance group, Golden Girls MKE. They will be making their first appearance on the Enjoy Life stage, showing us their dance moves and inspiring everyone to get involved, try new things and dance, dance, dance!

Cardio Drumming

10:30am, 11:30am and 1:30pm
Join us for a fun, aerobic activity using rhythmic drumming movements! Cardio drumming has been shown to improve cardiovascular health, endurance, strength, coordination and balance, while also reducing stress and anxiety. It’s a low-impact workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We’ll be hosting three, 30-minute sessions. Space is limited.

The Ukuladies

10:30am - 11:15am
The Ukuladies are fun-loving musicians from around the Milwaukee and Southeast Wisconsin area who enjoy playing and singing together. While most play ukuleles of various sizes, they also play banjolele, mandolin, accordion and the occasional flute.

Senior Fashion Trends Show

11:30am - 12:30pm
This program has been so popular that we’ve moved it to the Main Stage in 2026! Enjoy a high-energy, educational presentation on ways to dress, look and feel your best as you age. Our professional fashion stylist will review styles, fabrics and brands for men and women that are ideal for older adults. A professional colorist will also share the importance of understanding how to wear colors that bring out the best in each person. From jewelry to shoes, handbags to accessories – this show is one you won’t want to miss!

Milwaukee Dancing Grannies

12:45pm - 1:30pm
Back by popular demand and guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser, the Dancing Grannies will be here to ignite the crowd, spread smiles and redefine what it means to actively age with one of their signature dance performances!

Speed Friending

1:00pm - 1:45pm
Join us for a fun, Capri-led speed friending session! We will host one, 45-minute session where you can meet like-minded people through brief 3- to 5-minute “get-to-know-you” encounters. At the end, turn in your card, and Capri will help match you with potential friends after the event. It’s a fast-paced, interactive way to connect with others and make new friendships!

Live Music and Karaoke in the Atrium by Two of a Kind

In true active aging fashion, the fantastic ____ Family will perform live music and karaoke in the main Atrium from 10am – 11am and then again from 12pm – 2pm. Judy and Mary have been entertaining crowds under the name of Two of a Kind for over 30-years and will have you tapping your toes and dancing in the hallway to songs you know and love.

10:30am - 12:00pm | Dancing with the Seniors | 3 Sessions

Our friends at Fred Astaire will be teaching three fan-favorite dance lessons: Waltz, Rhumba and Two-Step. These micro-sessions will be held at 10:30, 11:00 and 11:30, where you’ll learn the basics of each dance in a fun, interactive setting. Don’t miss this chance to dance!

Whether you’re a first-timer or a returning fan, this show promises a hilarious, high-energy experience you won’t want to miss. Join in the fun and enjoy a unique comedy performance that guarantees laughs and entertainment for all!

Throughout the day, our friends at Stretch Zone and Mend Massage Therapy will offer complimentary stretches and head, neck and shoulder massages. Learn the importance of staying flexible and managing stress as we age, all while enjoying a relaxing, rejuvenating experience to help you feel your best.

Italian Community Center – Bocce Ball

The game of Bocce began as early as 264 B.C. in Rome, Italy, and involves rolling balls to win points by getting them close to a target. The game is played in teams and is a lot of fun! Over 25 million people in the US alone play bocce. Learn how to play and where you can get involved in a nearby league. This activity is compliments of the Italian Community Center, home of Festa Italiana, The Taste of Italy and many more beloved Milwaukee events. Stop by their booth in the Exhibit Hall to give Bocce Ball a try!
