Jason Soloninka

Executive Director

Jason’s professional journey began in commercial property management, but he soon realized he wanted a more personal connection in his work. After being inspired by a senior living community he passed daily, Jason transitioned to a career in senior living. He joined Capri Communities over a decade ago, starting in independent living, and in 2022, he became the Executive Director of Ruby Commons.

With over 17 years of experience in community management, Jason is a licensed real estate broker and holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from MATC.

Jason enjoys life by spending quality time with his family, going on bike rides, golfing, and cheering on his three children at their sports events.

Linda Netherland

Sales Coordniator

Linda brings a diverse background in healthcare and senior living to her role at Ruby Commons. She spent over a decade in healthcare sales and marketing, followed by 10 years in senior living, including roles in assisted living and memory care communities in Wisconsin and Arizona. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Medical Assistant, EMT, and Alzheimer’s research assistant.

Linda studied psychology at UW-Milwaukee, graduating in the top 2% of her class, and pursued further study in neuropsychology at Rosalind Franklin School of Medicine.

Outside of work, Linda enjoys life by spending time with her three grandsons, watching the Packers, staying active in sports – she played softball until she was 55 years old and ranked 2nd in the state for racquetball in the late 80s – and relaxing with her cat, Charlie.

Christina Fontanini

Business Office Coordinator

Christina began her journey in senior living as a caregiver in 2017, working at several Capri communities, including Mulberry Campus and Summit Woods. She joined Ruby Commons in 2022 as Business Office Coordinator, bringing both compassion and organization to her work each day. Over the years, Christina has learned many meaningful lessons from the residents she’s had the privilege to support. One that has especially stuck with her is to embrace every moment, as life is unpredictable and fleeting.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys life by spending time with her three children, fiancé, and their dog. she loves cooking to music, watching movies, and getting outdoors – especially for horseback riding, swimming, and taking trips with loved ones.
