Killarney Kourt is known as one of Capri Communities’ most friendly and welcoming communities – from the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll feel right at home. All residents can benefit from spending less time on household chores and more time doing the things they love with our Active Life Service Options. Those who may request or require assistance with daily living activities may take part in our Enhanced Services Program, an assessment based-individualized plan to deliver customized care services.

Killarney Kourt is a top-notch facility with a highly professional and caring team - from Kayla to Felecia on the management team, to Pam and Dixie on the care side, to the housekeeping, maintenance, and food preparation staff who keep things running nicely. They have consistently improved our mother's quality of life, socialization, and comfort, even at times when her health was poor. They communicate openly and regularly and are incredibly dedicated to their residents. I can't imagine a better place for our mother than at Killarney, which has made a warm, safe, comfortable home for her. Thank you to the whole staff!

My 94 year-old mother has lived at Killarney for the last 4 years, and it was a great transition home for her after losing her husband and moving from her up-north home. The staff was very welcoming, and the apartment was very nice. She really liked living there. Not only was her apartment nice, the food was OUTSTANDING! I started using their in-house food service for my mom as she was having difficulties cooking for herself. I was blessed to meet Susan, the amazing chef of Killarney. I was not expecting what turned out to be the most AMAZING meals from their kitchen/dining room. Susan is a top-notch cook and really knows how to whip up fantastic food for lunches and dinners. If they offered carry-out, I would certainly be the first in line every night! I would strongly recommend Killarney Kourt to anyone looking for senior independent living or limited assisted living.

We are very happy with Killarney Kourt and its staff they all have been very compassionate and good to our parents. They have resided there for almost 4 years now. Our father passed away last March and everyone is so supportive and caring with Mom her grief and struggles. We sleep better at night knowing she is living in a safe, secure environment.

We toured Killarney Kourt and were impressed by a number of things: the staff and people we met were warm and welcoming; the entire place was very clean - we didn't see a spot; the apartment we saw was small but well equipped and comfortable - the balcony was a plus; we were invited to lunch and the food was homemade and delicious - not at all what we imagined. Loved the homemade banana cream pie. Most of all, Felecia who gave us the tour knew all the details and what might work best for us. Based on our tour we would love to join the community and would highly recommend it taking a tour.

    Kayla Kitchmaster

    Executive Director

    Kayla is the Executive Director at Killarney Kourt. She believes that serving seniors is an honor. Kayla has worked in senior living for half of her life and has played many different roles. Because she has worked in so many roles within senior living, she knows what those roles and challenges look like and brings those skills with her to work every day. Kayla believes everyone should be treated with kindness and respect. If you would ask her colleagues to describe her they would say she’s a will do person with no shortage of communication or questions! A few causes that Kayla really cares about is Alzheimer’s awareness and National Parks. She loves to travel and plans on doing a lot more in the future. She would also love to some day ride in a hot air balloon. When Kayla isn’t at Killarney Kourt, you might find her with her two little children, working on reupholstery projects, or out at a winery tour with friends.

    Felecia Mable-Wade

    Assistant Executive Director

    Felecia is a dedicated professional who takes immense pride in her role within the community. What makes her the proudest is the ability to provide compassionate services to residents, families, and coworkers. With a degree in business office administration and over a decade of experience in finance, Felecia found her true calling in healthcare. She has always envisioned herself as an administrator or director, drawing inspiration from her eldest sibling who works in office business administration. Felecia’s greatest satisfaction comes from working directly with people in her role as an AED. Her exceptional communication skills enable her to connect effectively with coworkers, residents, and visitors, fostering strong relationships. Felecia’s passion and empathy shine through in her interactions, creating a positive rapport with everyone she encounters. When she’s not working, Felecia cherishes spending quality time with her children and grandchildren, cherishing the joys of family life.

    Rosie Langenfeld

    Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator

    Rosie was in a CNA role for ten years and never really envisioned herself in a Lifestyle Enrichment role, but she loves it! Rosie takes pride in seeing activities planned out come to fruition and residents enjoying themselves. A typical day for Rosie is always a little different depending on what is going on. She’s either taking the residents shopping, working on a craft, going on an outing and trying to make time each day to work on the next month’s calendar of activities! Rosie is very sympathetic, patient, and kind, all of which are amazing qualities that we appreciate about her at Killarney Kourt! Something you might not know about Rosie is that she’s a published author! She has written four, soon to be five books. If you’re a romance reader, be sure to look up Rosie! Outside of writing books and being an amazing Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator, Rosie enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their poodle, Zuzu.
