    Travis Borchert

    Campus Executive Director

Cool headed and hard-working, Travis has a big job managing all operational aspects of Drumlin Reserve. And he’s got the right stuff to do it – relentless, compassionate with a focus on doing it all with integrity. He joined Drumlin Reserve in 2020 but he’s no stranger to business, with an Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration, Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management and over 12 years in the Healthcare field. Travis inspiration comes from his father. As Travis tells, “He is the hardest working individual I have ever met, but never let work get in the way of being a huge role model for me. He was a supervisor and led by example; always providing a helping hand in the workplace. The number one thing he taught me growing up, is that you must work hard for what you want in life. He now has taken over a family business going back from the 1960’s.” That work ethic is generational, you’ll often find Travis’ young son in tow learning and admiring those same traits from his father. When Travis needs some downtime, you can find him woodworking.

    April Harding

    Community Relations Manager

April has always been a helper and a doer, so a role helping people is something she envisioned from a young age. If you asked her colleagues to describe her, they would say she’s supportive, reliable, flexible, and ready to take on whatever is thrown her way. Friendly, empathetic, and genuine, April is an advocate and resource to both residents, and the community. When she’s not at Drumlin Reserve, you can find her playing in her volleyball league, traveling, boating and spending time with her daughter. April is a great asset to Drumlin Reserve, and we are lucky to have her!

    Laura Schoonover

    Independent living manager

Beginning from a young age, Laura always knew her calling lay in working with older adults. Armed with an Associates degree in Human Services and Gerontology, she has passionately dedicated her career to caring for aging adults and those with dementia. At Drumlin Reserve, Laura finds fulfillment in her role every day, cherishing the joy and stories of the residents. Those who know her, describe her as caring, supportive, and dedicated individual. Laura values time with family and indulges her love for travel, especially to the tranquil shores of the Florida Gulf Coast. Her personal motto? “Be you!”

    Jenny Pingel

    Registered Nurse

Meet Jenny, a compassionate and empathetic nurse dedicated to her community. Her proudest achievement is assisting elderly residents to meet their unique needs at this stage of life. While she didn’t initially envision this role for herself, Jenny thrives in it. Jenny is a good listener, empathetic, and compassionate, traits that shine through in her nursing role where assessment and communication are key. Outside of work, you’ll find Jenny enjoying the outdoors, boating, gardening, and walking her dog. Jenny’s personal motto reflects her zest for life: “Live every day as if it’s your last, and don’t sweat the small stuff.” Through her kindness and respectful nature, she leaves a lasting impact on her colleagues, residents, and patients alike.

    Zeke Regan

    Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator

Zeke is a dedicated and compassionate individual who finds fulfillment in making a positive impact on others every day. Although his career path led him through higher education and sales, he’s found his true calling in his current role within the community. Zeke is proudest of his ability to bring smiles and make a difference. Patience, compassion, and the knack for eliciting smiles are his greatest strengths, making him an exceptional member of the community. When not at work, Zeke relishes moments with his family, be it attending church or gearing up for a Packers game. He’s a loving father who wants to be remembered for his dedication to his job and his family. This caring and carefree soul finds joy in the outdoors—trout fishing, hunting, and spending time on the family property. Zeke is also an enthusiast of games, whether it’s poker, board games, or tackling the Rubik’s cube. With a heart set on adventure, he aims to skydive and prepare for an elk hunting expedition. In all aspects of his life, Zeke lives by the values of patience, compassion, and a relentless pursuit of happiness.

    Kelly Krasemann

    Memory Care Coordinator

Kelly always dreamed of going into healthcare to help others. Her passion began as a little girl, playing with dolls, fixing their ‘boo-boos’. Flash forward, she has been in the healthcare field for over 15 years, from hospice care to the bustling environment of a Chicago ER to managing outpatient radiology to Drumlin Reserve. Kelly feels extremely blessed to have a job she looks forward to going to everyday. The best part is seeing the love and smiling faces of the residents. Kelly truly admires the residents, they remind her that no matter the challenges they face daily, a hug and a smile can make all the difference. When she’s not working, you can find Kelly refinishing furniture, kayaking and spending time with her puppy, Capone. On Sunday mornings you can always find her drinking coffee on her sunporch. Kelly’s approach to life is characterized by a blend of integrity and humility, making her not just a competent professional but a compassionate presence in the lives of those she serves.
