Heavy site work, soil stabilization, and building excavation are in progress across the sprawling site. Building excavation for the independent living wings and underground parking structure is rapidly concluding for the start of the concrete foundation work. Site utility services have been connected to the municipality and have been extended onto the property.

Information Office Update
We were very fortunate to secure a leasing space in Grace Lutheran Evangelical Church. This location offers wonderful views of the Grace Commons construction site with the comforts of the building and grounds amenities like parking, private office spaces, ADA accessibility, etc. The office space we have secured is being renovated and will showcase Grace Commons apartment paint, flooring, and kitchen countertops. On Sunday, March 3rd, we will host a Meet & Greet with Grace Lutheran Church members that will mark the official opening of our information office. This event will give church members the opportunity to meet Judi and other Capri team members, tour the office, and ask questions about the project.
We are excited to welcome three new members to our Charter Club. Judi is busy planning special events and activities for this exclusive club. We want all members to feel part of the Grace Commons community and we hope these experiences will allow people to get to know their neighbors in fun and meaningful ways.
Charter Club membership is limited to the first fifty depositors for Grace Commons. Members receive the following benefits:
- Preferential selection of apartment or Casetta in order of signed deposit agreement
