Tools for Professionals
Advising seniors and their families on that next step is an ongoing and sometimes tricky process. You want to make sure you're suggesting the right communities to these families but you also have to take into consideration amenities and preferences for your client, patient, or acquaintance and their loved ones. At Capri Senior Communities, we want you to be as successful as you can be. We both have the same goal: We want seniors to find the best community that encourages their independence and maintains their safety.
You'll find information on the services offered, floor plans, and amenities on every Capri Community right here on our website. If you do have additional questions, please call the community itself or e-mail us at email@example.com.

Independent Living, Active Life Service Options, & Enhanced Service Program
Most of our Independent Living Communities offer Active Life Service Options (ALSO) and/or the Enhanced Service Program (ESP). Both of these programs were designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents. ALSO offerings range from dining services, housekeeping, and laundry to medication reminders, blood pressure checks, and weight checks. ESP allows residents needing additional support to remain in their apartment homes. Services include a flexible, individualized care plan; dining services; assistance with Activities of Daily Living; linen, laundry, and housekeeping services; medication management options; state-of-the-art pendant system; 24-hour access to the Capri Care Team; and pharmacy services. Communities with ESP can offer between seven and twenty-eight hours of care each week and are licensed as a Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC).
The Assisted Living Communities at Capri are licensed as either a Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) or Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF). Our Assisted Living Communities offer 24/7 nursing support, visiting physician services, on-site lab services, on-site physical therapy with Lessila Therapy and respite stay (when available). Communities licenced as an RCAC can provide between seven and twenty-eight hours of care each week.
We determine the Level of Care a resident requires through a comprehensive health assessment which is coordinated closely with a resident's care providers (physicians and family) and the individual. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive array of care and services to support the evolving needs of every individual.
Our Memory Care rates follow an all-inclusive approach which is intended to provide all of the services and support a resident needs without adding additional fees. We have devised three rate levels to help us differentiate from the varying levels of support each resident may need while ensuring expenses remain transparent and predictable.
As in our Assisted Living Communities, a resident's Level of Care is determined after a comprehensive health assessment coordinated with his or her care providers.
