Kelly Duncan, Property Manager

Kelly Duncan is the Manager of The Chopin building and the ranch homes at Wilson Commons. Always with a smile, Kelly goes above and beyond to make her residents feel at home. "I truly believe that you should treat everyone as you would like to be treated," Kelly says.

The Chopin at Wilson Commons is a beautiful place that encourages an active lifestyle for people ages 55 and better. Residents are seen throughout the building and grounds enjoying the library, card games, church services and other activities. Whether it's indulging in a Sundea on Sunday at the Prelude Restaurant or playing Breakfast Bingo in the Chopin community room, there is always something going on at Wilson Commons.

In order to keep the office running efficiently, Kelly has the help of her "Chopin Office Crew." Kevin, the full time maintenance technician, is always buzzing around the building, assisting residents with their maintenance needs. Kim, the housekeeper, keeps the building sparking clean and enjoys sharing stories with residents. Kelly's assistant, Bobbie, is also well committed to the community and enjoys planning activities and events. Kelly appreciates everyone's hard work and explains, "with the help of Kevin, Kim and Bobbie, this property is a well oiled machine!"

Kelly grew up in Wauwatosa and has maintained a deep connection to the city's south side by becoming a member of both the South Milwaukee Chamber and the Cudahy Chamber. In addition to spending time with her residents at Wilson Commons, Kelly like to spend her free time with her daughter, Lillianna Grace.
