    Leah Jones

    Campus Executive Director

With over 12 years of experience in senior care, Leah always knew she wanted to work with seniors since she was a teenager. Leah is proud to have the opportunity to contribute to improving the quality of life for seniors. What makes Leah such a great fit in her role is her compassion, patience, care and understanding for seniors. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, one of Leah’s strongest passions is dementia care education and research. When not at St. Catherine’s you can find Leah upcycling furniture, doing a DIY project on her house or tending to chickens on her 3 acre hobby farm. Words to live by: “Find positivity and gratitude each day”.

    Anne Hodges

    Business Office Manager

Dedicated, hardworking and reliable are all words that can be used to describe Anne and are the cornerstone of what makes her successful as the Business Office Manager at St Catherine Commons. Anne started her career at St. Catherine Commons on the Care Staff, then moved to the role of Administrative Assistant and most recently as the Assistant Executive Director. Having held all these positions gives Anne a great amount of insight to all her residents and staff’s needs. She takes on each day with an optimistic attitude and works closely with her team and residents to provide them with positive home and work environment. Anne has a very kind and compassionate spirit and spent 12 years caring for her father prior to starting her career at St. Catherine Commons. In Anne’s free time she enjoys reading mystery novels and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

    Kiley Bamesberger

    Campus Assistant Executive Director

The thing Kiley loves most about her job here at St. Catherine Commons is the impact that she is able to make on residents, and the personalized care she brings to her community. Her dream has always been to have a role that can make such a big impact on residents’ lives. Kiley received her bachelor’s degree with a focus on Healthcare Management and brings what she learned throughout her undergraduate career to her job every day. She also brings with her five years’ experience as a caregiver, which is where she developed her love for working with seniors. Kiley is extremely passionate about advocating for people with memory care impairment. She has a grandfather who passed away from dementia and a grandmother who is currently living with it. She brings that personal part of her life with her when she is working with the residents. She wants them to feel like they’re with family. Kiley’s very proud of her most recent accomplishment in earning her Masters in Long Term Care Management through the University of Nebraska! When Kiley is not at St. Catherine’s you might find her reading, spending time outdoors, trying new recipes or traveling with her significant other.

    Maria Feitlich

    Community Relations Manager

Every day Maria comes to work with an upbeat and positive personality! Maria didn’t start her career in senior living, but she’s happy this is where she ended up. Maria’s colleagues would describe her as sweet, approachable, and kindhearted, all amazing qualities that we value at St. Catherine Commons.  A few fun facts to know about Maria is that she plays the flute, speaks Polish (English is actually her second language) and she can make balloon art, arches and columns! When Maria is not at St. Catherine Commons or partaking in her hidden talents, you might find her taking a walk outside, watching movies or tv, doing puzzles, or exploring Wisconsin.  Maria is a new Wisconsin resident, so if you have any exploring recommendations, send them her way!  A few things Maria wants to accomplish this year is improving her health, read a book a month, and put together a cookbook for herself with recipes she’s mastered. Her quote to live by is, “Be not afraid of greatness. Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and others have greatness thrust upon them.” We here at St. Catherine Commons are lucky to have Maria!

    Laura Walch

    Memory Care Coordinator

Laura has known since high school that she wanted to work with older adults, and what better way to do that than by getting them engaged in life! Laura loves getting to wake up every day and do what she loves, which is spending time with residents and seeing them smile when they accomplish something they didn’t think they could do anymore.

Laura brings compassion and passion for working with older adults every day. She has a hard working personality and is able to pick up and learn things quickly. If you asked her colleagues how they would describe her, they’d say she’s kind, helpful, and caring. However, don’t be inconsiderate or drive slow, because those are some of her pet peeves!

When Laura isn’t at St. Catherine Commons she like spending time with friends and family, being outside, and trying new places to eat and drink. She loves to play games, listening to music, and go for hikes and walks with friends as well. Laura is very big on travel and one thing on her bucket list is to travel through multiple countries in Europe!
