Eric Bartel, Community Manager

Eric Bartel, Community Manager of St. Catherine Commons, has been a part of the Kenosha community from the very beginning.  Growing up, Eric enjoyed running track and cross country for Tremper High School.  He even went to state his senior year in the 2 mile relay and for the cross country team.  After graduating high school, Eric went on to attend Gate Way Technical College and spent 6 years in the National Guard and served as a Military Police Officer.

Before becoming the Community Manager of St. Catherine Commons, Eric spent 12 years in retail management.  The face pace environment and demand for customer interaction made it an easy transition into managing a large community.

The architectural beauty of St. Catherine Commons is simply stunning, but to Eric it is not the building that makes this an exceptional place to live; it is the people who live and work at this outstanding property that makes it feel like home.  Eric takes pride in making St. Catherine Commons a happy home for the residents and says, “My goal is to help my residents enjoy their home with their friends and family.  St. Catherine’s is a beautiful place both inside and out.”

After the passing of this mother in 2009, Eric began taking a special interest in speaking with seniors and learning about their past life experiences.  “I enjoy getting to know each resident.  They have a vast amount of experience that is important hear and learn from.”

In his spare time Eric is very much a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter.  You may also catch him running during the weekends or walking his 5 year old Siberian Husky.
