Our mission at Hedwig House is to foster quality of life and independent living for older adults by providing appropriate and affordable housing and by facilitating access to services seniors require. 

Hedwig House offers one bedroom and efficiency apartments, each with unique and well-designed features. Hedwig House provides residents with many opportunities to make new friends and join in recreational activities. You will truly have the opportunity to enjoy your leisure time in an amenity rich lifestyle.

Residents of The Hedwig House must be at least 62 years of age and are required to meet certain income restrictions as required by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  Qualifying residents will only be required to pay 30% of their adjusted income as their monthly rental charge.
